Camp Schedule

08:00-9:30

Fitness

Fitness sessions can take place on the court, on the beach, or in a gym. The fitness coach creates a plan for each day.

9:30-10:00

Short break

You can rest a bit in the club where we have a snack bar and Wi-Fi zone.

10:00-12:00

Morning Padel Session

Tactical drills focused on net offense, forehand and backhand strokes, lobs, serves, and more. Though intensive, the practice is tailored to each player's level, weaknesses, and objectives.
