 08:00 AM to 09:30 AM: Fitness workout

 09:30 AM to 10:00 AM: Short break for a light snack

 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM: Padel session 

 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM: Lunch break


*Full-day program

08:00 AM to 09:30 AM: Fitness workout
