Our junior PRO padel program is developed exclusively for young padel players who want to push their game to the next level. This plan, which focuses on technique, tactics, and competitiveness, offers a full training experience for youth players who want to enhance their abilities and thrive in the sport of padel.

Pro Program for Juniors
Our knowledgeable trainers teach all aspects of padel, including strokes, volleys, serves, and court moves. Junior players will also learn about competitive strategies, game circumstances, and strategic play, all of which are important for success on the padel court.
The training regimen includes morning and afternoon practice sessions and physical fitness training to improve performance and decrease injury risk. Players can also compete in matches and tournaments, collecting vital experience and sharpening their competitive edge.
We also assist with a sports psychologist to help with mental preparation and general difficulties such as transfer, accommodation*, and visa application to support our young athletes' overall well-being.

Padel practice in the morning. Tactical drills (net offensive position, forehand, backhand shots, balloon strokes, serve and lob, and so on). The practice is rigorous. The program is tailored to the player's skill level, weaknesses, and goals. At Valencia Tennis Academy, each coach is in charge of a specific duty on the court.

Fitness.
Fitness classes might be held on the court, at the beach, or in a gym. Every day, the fitness instructor creates a plan.

Rest and lunch.
Take a break for lunch, rest, academic study, and so on. The player is welcome to remain in the club, which has a café and a WIFI zone.

PRO Program for juniors players is the advanced training technique.
