Physical Conditioning

Our own Physical Conditioning trainers dedicates themselves to programming individual routines and exercises for every player. Every player comes with his or her initial level of fitness, but this program tries to optimize the progress that each player achieves.

It’s important to coordinate the workloads of physical conditioning with the trainers on the court and the level required for long tournaments. Besides taking into account the calendar of tournaments, each player has their own physical and biological conditions, so it is necessary to design a plan individually and appropriate to physically condition each athlete.
