Morning tennis training includes drills, sparring, and exercises focused on technique, control, and tactics. The session incorporates video analysis and is highly intense. At Valencia Tennis Academy, each coach specializes in a particular court task, ensuring players learn from various experts.
Lunch and Relaxation Break
2-hour lunch and rest break.
Group Tennis: 1h30 Afternoon Session**
The session is less intense. Given the player's fatigue, we focus on returns, serves, volleys, and tactical aspects. This includes friendly matches.
