Our program caters to tennis enthusiasts of all proficiency levels, from beginners to advanced. Dive into a comprehensive, customized training experience that includes:
Adult Program Full Day
Morning and afternoon sessions.
Daily physical conditioning for enhanced court performance.
Optional support from a physiotherapist and sports psychologist.
Assistance with general concerns (transfers, accommodation*, visa applications).

2-Hour Group Tennis: Morning Session*
Morning tennis training includes drills, sparring, and exercises focused on technique, control, and tactics. The session incorporates video analysis and is highly intense. At Pelotista Saladar , each coach specializes in a particular court task, ensuring players learn from various experts.
Lunch and Relaxation Break
2-hour lunch and rest break.

Group Tennis: 1h30 Afternoon Session**
The session is less intense. Given the player's fatigue, we focus on returns, serves, volleys, and tactical aspects. This includes friendly matches.

Notes:
- Training sessions run from Monday to Friday, totaling 5 days.
* If only one player is present in the morning session, it becomes a 1,5-hour individual training.
** The afternoon session with a single player is reduced to a 1-hour individual training.
Full-day Adult Program: advanced training for all skill levels
The Full Day Adult Program is designed for players of all levels, from beginners to high-level amateurs, offering advanced training techniques tailored to each individual. This program serves as a bridge, helping even amateur players approach professional standards.
Engaging in this program requires commitment, but with the combined efforts of the player and our dedicated coaching team, the rewards are substantial.
